**Company Description**
AlbNova plans, manages, and completes residential renovation projects in Albania, coordinating everything from the first home visit to the final handover. The company closes gaps between trades by providing one project lead and a single point of contact that oversees design, materials, specialists, and inspection under one agreed scope and price. AlbNova delivers complete bathroom renovations, kitchen fittings, flooring, masonry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC work, and architectural and interior design services. Projects are run on AlbNova’s own software platform, which allows customers and crews to track every stage, document, and material, including a 3D room planner and materials catalogue. AlbNova operates in Albania and Italy, works in Albanian, English, and Italian, and is part of a wider construction group delivering high-standard fit-outs across the UAE and Europe.
**Role Description**
The Interior Architect will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically coherent interiors for residential renovation projects, ensuring alignment with AlbNova’s standards and client expectations. Day-to-day tasks include developing interior layouts, space plans, and fit-out concepts; preparing drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications; and coordinating closely with project leads, interior designers, and site supervisors. The role involves regular on-site visits to review progress, verify details, and resolve design or technical issues with trades such as carpenters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers. The Interior Architect will collaborate in scope definition, support accurate cost and materials planning, and ensure designs comply with safety regulations, building codes, and AlbNova’s quality benchmarks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, Albania.
**Qualifications**
- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create efficient, client-focused layouts.
- Competence in Architecture and Interior Architecture, including understanding of building codes, technical detailing, and structural coordination.
- Experience in Interior Fit-out, with practical knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and on-site construction processes.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and 3D visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and site teams, and to work effectively in cross-functional project environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Professional working proficiency in Albanian and good command of English; Italian language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in residential renovations or fit-out projects is highly beneficial.
