Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Specialist at SoftExpres in Tirana, Albania. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, desktop computer maintenance, information technology assistance, and help desk support on a day-to-day basis.
