The primary responsibility is to coordinate reliable transportation with drivers for individuals, organizations, institutions, and other clients under contract. The Logistics Manager schedules drivers, assigns vehicles, plans routes, and monitors trips to ensure timely, professional service. They coordinate vehicle availability, rental bookings, handovers, and returns, and work closely with clients and customer service staff to accommodate requests and resolve issues. They also arrange vehicle maintenance, maintain transport and rental records, and ensure operations comply with company policies and local regulations. In addition to managing daily operations, the Logistics Manager identifies and pursues new opportunities and partnerships in transportation, car rental, and chauffeur services. **Qualifications** - **Strong Logistics Management skills to oversee** **fleet operations, routing, and transportation workflows.** - Experience with Inventory Management *to track vehicle availability, utilization, and related equipment across multiple locations.* - **Customer Service skills** to support client-facing teams and ensure high-quality service delivery for individual and institutional clients. - Relevant experience in transportation, car rental, or fleet management; experience with international clients or organizations is an asset. - Ability to analyze data, use logistics or fleet management software, and implement process improvements. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tirana. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
