This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns that promote Tirana Ring Center | MSA Konstruksion’s services, spaces, and projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing marketing strategies, managing digital and traditional advertising, overseeing social media and content creation, and coordinating promotional events and campaigns. The Marketing Manager analyzes market trends and performance data to optimize campaigns and support sales and leasing objectives. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners, managing marketing budgets and timelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. **Qualifications** - Demonstrated experience in marketing management, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and stakeholder communication. - Strong skills in digital and social media marketing, with the ability to use analytics tools to measure and improve performance. - Experience in event promotion, on-site activation campaigns, and customer engagement strategies for commercial or retail environments. - Ability to develop clear marketing messages and materials, including briefs for designers, agencies, and content creators. - Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in Albanian; proficiency in English is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - Comfort working on-site in a dynamic environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Previous experience in construction, real estate, retail centers, or property management marketing is an advantage.
