Operations Associate

**Operations Associate** We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our team and help run the day-to-day side of the business. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be working across our systems, preparing work for the day, keeping track of what’s running, checking that things were set up correctly, and stepping in when something looks off. A typical day might involve reviewing data, setting up work inside our software, checking counts and activity, monitoring results, fixing small issues, and making sure things don’t get missed between one step and the next. You do not need experience in our industry. We’ll teach you how our operation works. What we do need is someone who is sharp, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of their work. You should be able to learn a process, understand why it works that way, and eventually handle it without needing someone next to you for every decision. You should also be comfortable using tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of your normal work. We use AI to troubleshoot problems, work through data, speed up repetitive tasks, and make processes better. **You’ll probably be a good fit if you:** - Are very comfortable working on a computer and learning new software - Know how to use Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools productively - Are comfortable working with spreadsheets and data - Pay attention to details and catch things that don’t look right - Are good with numbers and basic data - Can follow a process without becoming dependent on a checklist - Communicate clearly when there’s an issue - Stay organized when several things are happening at once - Take responsibility for getting something all the way across the finish line Prior operations, administrative, data, logistics, e-commerce, or similar experience is useful, but we’re open to people from different backgrounds. We care more about whether you’re capable, curious, reliable, and quick to learn than whether you’ve done this exact job before. This is a role with room to grow.
