Licensed under Albanian financial regulations, Happy Pay will uphold high standards of security, compliance, and user experience and lead Albania’s digital finance transformation with innovation and smart commerce solutions. **Job Position** : Platform & Product Manager **Reporting:** CEO **Location:** Tirana **Overview of the Role** The Platform & Product manager is responsible for defining and driving the strategic and operational development of Happy Pay SHA’s fintech platform, covering Wallet, BNPL, POS, and E-commerce. The role focuses on product strategy, platform scalability, innovation, customer experience, and strategic partnerships, ensuring that Happy Pay’s platform supports business growth and future market expansion. **Main Responsibilities** - In cooperation with CEO and Sales & Business Developer manager decide on the strategy & product development across Wallet, BNPL, POS, E-Commerce & new business lines, ensuring alignment between market demand, strategic objectives & delivery capacity (external & internal); - Identify fintech trends, competitive developments, and market opportunities to drive continuous innovation. - Develop and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, technology providers, merchants, and other ecosystem partners, locally & in the region. - Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of key platform initiatives. - Responsible for implementation of the product roadmap in line with Happy Pay’s business objectives and growth strategy, translated into platform evolution, delivery coordination and execution, ensuring Technology, Operations & new Alternative channels (POS & E-Commerce) operate as a single delivery engine & implement agile methodology. - Drive the development and launch of new products, features, services, and platform capabilities. - Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and readiness to support business growth and expansion into new markets. - Monitor product and platform performance and recommend improvements based on data, customer insights, and market feedback. - Define and monitor key product and platform KPIs to assess performance, adoption, customer experience, and business impact. - Ensure a consistent and seamless customer and merchant experience across products and digital channels. - Ensure that platform development and new product initiatives incorporate appropriate data protection, privacy, GDPR, security, and regulatory requirements, in coordination with relevant control functions. - Ensure appropriate access controls, data security, system safeguards, and platform resilience requirements are considered across the platform and its integrations. - Identify and monitor platform-related operational risks, including system availability, service disruptions, third-party dependencies, integrations, and technology-related risks. - Ensure adequate business continuity, resilience, and recovery requirements are considered for critical platform services. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of relevant experience in leading roles in fintech, payments, banking, digital products, alternative channels, E-commerce, or technology platforms. - Proven experience in product strategy, product development, or platform management. - Experience with alternative channels, Wallet, BNPL, POS, E-commerce, or payment solutions is highly preferred. **Skills** - Strong understanding of fintech products, digital platforms, and payment ecosystems. - Strong strategic and commercial thinking. - Product roadmap and project execution capabilities. - Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. - Excellent stakeholder and partnership management skills. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. **What We Offer** - An attractive benefit package, including fair remuneration based on merit and performance evaluation. - An exceptional opportunity to develop your skills and growth within BALFIN Group. - Extra Leave days - Dynamic and collaborative work environment Application Procedure: To apply for this position, please submit a CV in i.shima@happy.al by August 28, 2026. *\*Your personal data (in your capacity as a job candidate) will be processed in accordance with Law no. 124/2024, dated 19/12/2024 "On the Protection of Personal Data," as well as the Internal Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (approved by Happy Pay Sha).
