Job type: **Full Time** Job Overview: RegDesk is looking for a Project Manager with a background in Software Implementation projects for SaaS or software-based systems and who has experience working with clients’ project managing the implementation cycle is required by world-leading software RIMS in the life sciences/pharma domain to manage the delivery of multiple SAAS based software projects on time and to specification, by working closely with their implementation consultancy / professional services teams. **Responsibilities:** - Assembles project plans and schedules; - Identifies and coordinates resources necessary to successfully complete the project; - Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers; - Communicates with higher management on issues that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project effort being managed; - Manages prioritization and change management processes. Identifies ways to resolve issues and keep projects on track; - Conducts formal reviews with project sponsors to obtain feedback, and confirm acceptance and satisfaction; - May manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity. - Report to the Team Lead weekly. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, science or other related field, or equivalent work experience. Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is preferred, but not required. - Three or more years of experience in managing small-to-midsize, moderately complex projects, or equivalent team leadership experience. - Experience with managing projects involving cross-functional teams. - High level of expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. - Extensive knowledge in resource management and change management practices. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Negotiation skills. - Advanced knowledge of Jira Atlassian.
