Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new publishers, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and providing strategic guidance to help partners increase conversions and revenue. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate payouts, and identifying new opportunities for cross-promotion or expansion. The Publisher Account Manager will also analyze traffic quality, prepare performance reports, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. This position requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a focus on maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction and long-term retention. **Qualifications** - Must - Experience in affiliate marketing, performance-based marketing, or digital advertising, with a strong understanding of publisher and advertiser dynamics. - Skills in relationship management, account management, and partner support, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term collaborations. - Competence in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization, using metrics to guide decisions and improve campaign outcomes. - Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, payment systems, and basic troubleshooting for tracking, integration, or technical issues. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights, negotiate terms, and manage expectations clearly. - Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and deadlines in a remote environment. - Comfort working with international partners and understanding differences in markets, compliance requirements, and payment preferences. - Prior experience in an affiliate network or publisher-facing role is a MUST.
