RMCA Specialist

We are seeking a motivated **SAP Specialist – Finance (RMCA/FI-CA)** to strengthen our team. **You will know we are the right place for you if you are driven by:** - Opportunities to deepen your SAP expertise and grow into senior roles. - Meaningful work in a stable and fast-paced company. - Challenging projects with real impact. - Diversity of people, projects, and platforms. - A supportive international environment where learning and growth are encouraged. - Friendly and collaborative team culture. **Role insights:** - Provide functional and technical support for SAP RMCA (Revenue Management – Contract Accounting) especially FI-CA (Finance – Contract Accounting), supporting the operations of A1 Group across multiple countries. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Perform SAP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities. - Document functional and technical specifications. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ABAP-related issues for custom solutions. - Ensure system stability, data integrity, and process optimization. **What makes you unique:** - Degree from a Technical University in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field, with interest in IT systems and financial processes. - 2–5 years of SAP FI experience, ideally with ABAP exposure. - Good accounting knowledge, especially in accounts receivable. - Prior experience in mass-market industries such as Telecommunications or Utilities is a strong advantage. - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and self-develop. - English language is mandatory, German and/or Croatian are a plus.
