Senior Key Account Manager (Shtip)

**What you do** Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention Identify and drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value Proactively acquire and onboard new key customers in line with defined sales strategy Own the full sales lifecycle – from opportunity identification, solution positioning, proposal creation, to contract negotiation and closing Deliver against assigned revenue, volume, and KPI targets Prepare and present account plans, forecasts, and performance reports Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal teams (marketing, engineering, finance, operations) Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery Lead complex negotiations and manage long-term contracts aligned with customer goals Resolve escalations and proactively address customer challenges Maintain deep knowledge of the full portfolio of telecom and ICT solutions Support and guide cross-functional or virtual account teams when needed **What you offer** University degree in Business, Economics, Telecommunications, or related field Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecom or ICT industry Proven track record in managing key accounts and delivering revenue growth Strong understanding of the Macedonian telecom and business market Excellent commercial mindset with ability to identify and develop new revenue streams Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously Excellent analytical skills and experience in reporting, forecasting, and CRM tools High level of ownership, autonomy, and results orientation Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams Fluency in English Valid driver’s license (Category B) Burimi: https://a1group.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/a1_jobs_mk/job/Senior-Key-Account-Manager--Shtip-_REQ-8745
