Senior Level Clinical Research Associate

Poseidon CRO group, active in the field of health and pharmaceutical research is highring for several openings for the position of **Senior Level CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE** ready to join our operational team and take on responsibilities related to exciting upcoming Clinical studies that will be taking place in the Balkans and South East Europe. **JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES** This opening , that is attached to our local Albanian entity : Illyrico Health Data Labs , is for professionals having background in Biochemistry, Biology , Immunology , Medicine or Pharmacy with minimum **four years experience in clinical research field in academia or industry settings.** The roles that a Clinical Research Associate ensures are various and encompass the whole spectrum of intervenients in the research project. Main Responsabilities of the position will be to : -Assist with the study site selection and start up process. -Help assigned sites to manage submissions and Continuing Reviews, communicate with Ethics Committees, compile and submit regulatory package , prepare and submit progress reports when required. -Conduct routine monitoring visits. -Communicate project-specific information to/from trial sites and documents communication with study site/ team and escalates issues to team in a timely manner. -Write and submit monitoring reports in a timely manner. -Collaborate with the research team on improving quality metrics specific to the project and to the company as a whole -Ensure proper reporting of all Adverse Events (AEs) and protocol deviations **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** -Site management and extensive field monitoring experience, an understanding of routine clinical trial submission and project management activities is required - Excellent oral and written communication skills in local language and in English. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Proven organisation skills and ability to work under pressure; -Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required; experience using planification and communication tools to facilitate team interaction and collaboration is preferred We are very excited to read your application.
