This visionary development seeks to redefine luxury living, with a commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure and services. **Role Description** We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant for a full-time, on-site role located in Durrës. As a Tax Accountant, you will handle daily accounting tasks, including tax compliance, preparation, and reporting. You will prepare accurate financial statements, ensure timely filing of tax returns, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with teams to optimize tax strategies and ensure compliance with local and international tax standards. This position requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. **Basic functions and purpose of responsibilities:** ·      Manages, controls and records all accounting good performance of the overall accounting function and reliable accounting data; ·      Oversight of all finance and accounting operations including tax and regulatory compliance all accounting functions of the company; ·      Assists in and act as liaison for tax audits and external audit processes; ·      Follows up on all tax issue reporting and liaising with legal department on tax related cases; ·      Coordinate changes and suggestions improvements in automated accounting and management information system of the company; ·      Serves as a certifying specialist for all company accounts and obligating documents; ·      Ensures compliance with IFRS, Tax and group reporting requirements; ·      Ensures records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards; ·      Set- ups and manages project accounting for different projects and different activity locations; ·      Working directly with company management to identify key business issues and recommend solutions: ·      Develops and implements accounting and internal control procedures; ·      Assists the CFO in matters related to budgeting; ·      Supervises and leads the accounting staff; ·      Other duties required by Finance Director **Qualifications** - Proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax regulations - Strong skills in Financial Statements preparation and analysis - Experience and knowledge in Accounting processes and principles - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and high organizational skills - Familiarity with local and international tax laws is a plus - Proficiency in accounting software and tools - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent is an advantage Burimi: https://al.linkedin.com/jobs/view/tax-accountant-at-durr%C3%ABs-yachts-marina-4425776953
