Team members work in an international environment with opportunities to connect with travelers from diverse markets. **Role Description** The Sales Associate is a part-time, on-site role based at the tour agency branch in Durrës. This role involves assisting walk-in and scheduled clients with travel inquiries, presenting tour packages, and recommending suitable itineraries for Albania and Kosovo. The Sales Associate will handle reservations, prepare quotations, process bookings, and manage client communication via phone, email, and in person. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in booking systems, coordinating with local partners, and supporting promotional activities and agency displays. The role also includes providing after-sales support, addressing client questions, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented environment. **Qualifications** - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse travelers. - Sales and negotiation abilities, including presenting travel packages and converting inquiries into bookings. - Basic administrative and organizational skills, such as managing bookings, documentation, and schedules. - Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Albanian and other languages (e.g., German, Italian) is an advantage. - Familiarity with travel and tourism services, local destinations in Albania and Kosovo, and basic booking tools or systems. - Ability to work on-site in Durrës, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with a small, international team. - Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or travel agencies is preferred but not required; training can be provided.
