**About the Role**

PIK is looking for a talented
**Art Director**
to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll lead visual concepts, guide creative execution, and ensure strong, consistent brand storytelling across campaigns and client projects.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping creative direction from concept to execution. You’ll work closely with designers, copywriters, and account teams to deliver high-impact visuals that meet both creative and strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Lead and develop visual concepts for campaigns, branding, and content

·        Oversee creative execution across digital, print, and social platforms

·        Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and creative strategy

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life

·        Provide creative direction and feedback to designers

·        Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

·        Present creative ideas internally and to clients when needed

**Requirements:**

**·**
  Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

·        Experience in a creative or design role (agency experience preferred)

·        Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

·        Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and visual leadership

·        Excellent understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling

·        Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

**Nice to Have:**

·        Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere).

·        Knowledge of UI/UX design, 3D design.

·        Experience working on integrated campaigns
