📍 Tirana International Airport (TIA)

We are looking for an Aviation Business Development Expert to strengthen airline partnerships, support new route development, and identify growth opportunities across our network.

This role is key to positioning TIA as a competitive regional hub, working closely with both legacy carriers and low-cost airlines, providing market insights, and representing the airport at international aviation events.

• Airline relationship management

• New route & market development

• Market analysis & traffic forecasting

• Commercial support & negotiations

• International aviation representation

Profile

• 2–3 years’ experience in airline business development, route development, or aviation management

• Strong understanding of airline networks and route planning

• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)

• Strong passion for aviation and strategic growth
