**The Role**
– Business Development Representative (BDR)

We’re looking for a
**driven Business Development Representative (BDR)**
to generate
**qualified sales opportunities**
with IT leaders, CISOs, and executives across Europe.

This is a
**pure outbound role**
. You will research target accounts, engage prospects through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), and
**qualify opportunities**
before handing them to leadership for closing.

You will hear “no” every day. If rejection slows you down, this role is not for you. If it motivates you to improve, optimize, and push harder — you’ll do very well here.

**What You’ll Do**

- Research and identify target companies across European markets
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists
- Execute
**50+ daily outbound touches**
(email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Engage prospects and qualify pain points, needs, and buying intent
- Book
**qualified discovery calls**
for leadership and senior sales
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide clear opportunity briefs
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly activity and pipeline targets

**What You Need**

- **2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience**
- (Not inbound. Not retail. Not account management only.)
- Strong written and spoken
**English**
- High daily discipline — you execute without micromanagement
- Mental toughness — rejection fuels you instead of discouraging you
- Fast learner with curiosity for
**cybersecurity and IT topics**
- (prior cybersecurity experience is a plus, not required)

**Compensation**

**Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission**
