Customer Care Specialist - English Language

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team in Tirana. In this position, you will manage incoming calls, support customers with their questions, and help deliver an excellent overall customer experience.

**Responsibilities:**

- Answer inbound calls politely and professionally
- Work shifts from 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00
- Full-time
- On-site

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Prior experience in customer service is an advantage
