**About The Role**
Logan Premium is a third party logistics provider that is elevating the reputation of freight brokers in the logistics industry by prioritizing integrity, service, and flawless execution. We focus on long-term relationships, impeccable attention to detail, and meticulous tracking to deliver reliably, on-time solutions while maintaining the highest standards of transparency and trust in every interaction.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for using multiple avenues to build, maintain and grow customer relationships to heighten our team.
This is an onsite role with opportunity for hybrid/remote work once certain performance benchmarks are hit.
**What You’ll Do**
- Utilize cold outreach via phone, email and online resources to build a strong pipeline and onboard new business.
- Serve as a resource to customers regarding transportation service offerings.
- Earn and keep the trust of customers with exceptional service and communication.
- Provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics industry to customers.
- Expand your book of business by developing new relationships and expanding relationships with current customers.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 1-2 years of freight brokerage experience, Customer Sales is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build a book of business through cold outreach.
- Experience in McLeod is a huge plus.
- Proven ability to work both as a team and an individual contributor.
This role is fully onsite in our Burr Ridge, IL office Monday through Friday, between 7am and 4pm cst.
Salary plus 25% on a paid in, non recoverable draw.
Performance based bonuses before commission to earn up to $28,000 in your first 90 days, and $96,000 in your first year.
