Position Overview:

Fast growing company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer

Service/Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role

in providing outstanding support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products

and services. This position will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to order entry,

addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally, answering phone calls, and

managing customer orders. We are a growing company who proudly provides our customers

with exceptional service. We are looking to expand our office team with energetic and outgoing

employees who truly enjoy providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our internal teams

- Provide excellent customer service

- Process customer orders and estimates

- Composing clear and concise emails to communicate with customers and internal team

members

- Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally

- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

- Completing tasks with attention to detail and follow-through

- Utilizing QuickBooks software to maintain customer records

- Handle all aspects of customer service, including entering orders, quotes, and purchase

orders

Requirements/Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of Customer Service experience

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel

- Must possess the organizational skills necessary to succeed in a fast-paced, high-

volume environment

- Basic math and understating of conversions

- Accurate order entry skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- QuickBooks experience preferred

 Schedule:

Full Time, Monday-Friday 3pm - 11pm
