**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site position based in Shkodër for an Ethics Co-ordinator. The Ethics Co-ordinator will ensure adherence to ethical standards by providing expertise and oversight in our media and communication practices. Daily tasks include monitoring content for compliance with ethical guidelines, conducting regular integrity audits, developing policies to promote ethical standards, and educating team members on ethical practices. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to oversee the consistency and credibility of published content, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and values.

**Qualifications**

- Strong knowledge of ethical practices and principles in media, communications, and content creation
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
- Research and policy-development skills to create, refine, and implement ethical standards
- Proficiency in fact-checking, accuracy assessment, and attention-to-detail
- Experience in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizational practices is an advantage
- The ability to work independently as well as contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Ethics, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field
