**What You Will Do?**

- Proactively source and engage IT professionals across Belgium and Europe
- Screen and assess candidate suitability for various tech roles (Dev, Infra, Data, etc.)
- Build and maintain a quality-driven talent network
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to understand hiring needs
- Keep up-to-date with tech trends to speak the language of your candidates

**What You Bring?**

- 1+ year experience in recruitment (IT sector is a strong plus)
- Proven track record in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- **Entrepreneurial mindset**

- Fluency in English
