Front-End Underwriting Specialist| 1,100 USD NET

FinHub is growing, and we’re expanding our Underwriting Department!

We're looking for driven, detail-oriented professionals to join our team and play a key role at the front line of the underwriting process.

**Working Hours:**

Monday to Friday,
**3:00 PM – 11:00 PM**
(with 1 hour lunch break paid).

Evening transport provided.

**Key duties include:**

- Perform initial review of applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct preliminary background checks and evaluations of individuals and businesses.
- Quickly determine creditworthiness based on company policies and thresholds.
- Work closely with other underwriting team members and departments to maintain workflow continuity.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure timely system updates.

**What We’re Seeking:**

- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in financial operations, loan processing, underwriting, or related positions is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow structured processes while exercising good judgment.
- Quick to pick up new systems and tech-savvy.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
