**📍 Location: On-site (Albania/Kosovo)**

**🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 15.00-23.00**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented
**Fulfillment Support**
professional to assist in the daily operations of our team. This role involves supporting travel agents, managing client accounts, fulfilling transfer orders, and handling billing transactions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple platforms and systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the team in daily operational tasks, including supporting travel agents.
- Process and fulfill transfer orders accurately and promptly.
- Communicate with clients regarding their accounts and transactions.
- Manage billing and other financial transactions as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.

**Tools & Systems Used:**

- Microsoft Excel
- Google Docs
- Bank and airline websites

**Qualifications:**

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using multiple online platforms and tools.
- Good communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
