**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vlorë for a General Technician at the Green Coast Hotel – MGallery Collection. The General Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks to ensure optimal functionality of hotel facilities. Daily tasks include inspecting and addressing technical issues, maintaining HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other equipment, as well as promptly responding to maintenance requests. The role also involves supporting preventive maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with safety standards while maintaining the hotel's quality and aesthetic standards.

**Qualifications**

- Technical expertise in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, fire fighting and general maintenance
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment, with attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team
- Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols
- Previous experience in hospitality maintenance is advantageous
- Technical certifications or relevant training are preferred.
