**InterMedia Shpk – IT Project Manager (Tourism Platforms & Management Systems)**

InterMedia Shpk is seeking an IT Project Manager with strong technical understanding and programming knowledge to lead the development and evolution of digital platforms and management systems in the tourism sector. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge business needs with technical execution across complex software products.

**Key responsibilities:**

- Manage and coordinate the development of tourism-focused digital platforms (Booking Platforms, PMS, Channel Managers, SaaS systems)
- Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical tasks and project plans
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, designers, and product stakeholders
- Oversee system integrations, feature development, and platform improvements
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and technical deliverables
- Ensure platform stability, scalability, and alignment with business goals
- Support continuous improvement of internal systems and workflows

**Requirements:**

- Strong IT background with
**basic to intermediate programming knowledge**
- Experience managing software platforms or system-based projects
- Good understanding of how digital management systems work (PMS, booking engines, dashboards, APIs, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Previous experience in tourism technology or SaaS products is an advantage
