Bulls Vision Group Albania is looking for a 
**Junior Marketing Specialist**
 to join our growing team. This role is a great opportunity for recent graduates or junior candidates who are passionate about digital media and eager to develop their skills in a professional and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities**

- Support media planning, buying, and research activities
- Assist in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms
- Follow and contribute to current advertising and media trends
- Collaborate with the team on creative and performance-driven marketing initiatives

**Requirements**

- Basic understanding of media planning, buying, and research
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and social media platforms
- Interest in advertising and digital media trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of the English language
- Motivation, creativity, and willingness to learn

**No prior experience required — training will be provided.**
