**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Skopje for a KA Sales Manager. The primary tasks of this role involve developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and providing personalized support to meet client needs. The Sales Representative will be responsible for market research, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up. This role will require effective communication and consistent collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
- Ability to conduct Market Research and identify new business opportunities
- Skills in Contract Negotiation and Drafting
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Organizational and Time-Management skills
- Experience with Customer Service and Support
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of the local market and business environment in Skopje is a plus
- Fluency in Macedonian and English
