**Lead Finance Specialist in North Macedonia.**

**You will:**

- Support budgeting & forecasting functions in collaboration with other teams;
- Streamline managerial reporting processes and month-end closings, support continuous improvement initiatives;
- Review & check vendors and their agreements to mitigate business & financial risks;
- Support Risk management activities by identifying and assessing risky projects;
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis of financial and operational data and financial reports to senior management;
- Support M&A activities through financial analysis, financial system integration, business & financial checks of ongoing deals;
- Lead improvements in the managerial reporting tool and Power BI (automation, structurization, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems).

**Requirements:**

- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, Managerial accounting, FP&A, or Controlling;
- Good MS Excel & Google Sheets skills;
- Analytical mindset;
- High level of attention to detail and a responsible attitude to work;
- Upper-intermediate level of English;
- Power BI experience is an advantage.

**Salary:**

The final monthly salary in North Macedonia for this position ranges from 2450 EUR gross/month to 3200 EUR gross/month and depends on your previous experience and assessment during the recruitment process.
