**Lead Java Developer**
in our Macedonian office!


**🔷What you will do?**

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications using Java technologies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (designers, front-end developers, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple environments and platforms
- Contribute to architectural decisions and propose technical improvements
- Take ownership of your work, from concept to deployment
- Lead the development team to excellence in a product development

**🔷What we expect from you?**

- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience
- Relevant experience working on multiple projects/technologies/architectures
- Preferably experience in a role responsible for the technical definition and delivery of a project
- Experience in mentoring team members and applying Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Solid knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka
- Solid knowledge of microservices and building distributed applications
- Knowledge in IoT domain, energy and automation is a plus
