Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator

On behalf of one of our international clients operating in the pool and wellness solutions industry, focused on the distribution of technical products and equipment within a B2B environment, we are seeking a Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator to join a growing team in Albania.

This is a hands-on role offering significant ownership over warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and purchasing activities. The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy multitasking, operational responsibility, and contributing to the development of structured processes in a fast-moving distribution environment.

**About the Role**

The Logistics & Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations while managing purchasing activities and supplier coordination. The role combines operational execution with planning and reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders and international partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Warehouse & Logistics Operations*

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and stock organization

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers

• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper warehouse layout and order

• Prepare shipping documentation, packing lists, and transportation arrangements

• Manage inventory counts and investigate discrepancies when required

*Purchasing & Supplier Coordination*

• Manage purchase orders from request through delivery, ensuring timely stock replenishment

• Review order confirmations and follow up on delays, shortages, or delivery issues

• Coordinate purchasing needs with HQ and external suppliers

• Monitor stock movements and propose order quantities based on demand

• Work with internal systems (AS400 or similar) to manage inventory, orders, and logistics flows

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries

• Prepare basic logistics and purchasing reports for management

**Experience & Qualifications**

• 4–5 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, warehouse operations, or similar roles

• Background in distribution, supply chain, or operational environments is strongly preferred

• Experience in small teams or multitasking environments is a strong advantage

• Solid understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and purchasing cycles

• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Experience working with ERP / IT systems (AS400 or similar) or ability to learn quickly

• Professional working proficiency in English, especially for documentation and supplier communication

• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
