**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site (or possibly remote) role for a Medical Records Specialist located in Durrës, Albania. This role is ideal for healthcare-trained professionals (medicine, nursing, pharmacy, or related fields) who want to use their medical knowledge in an administrative, non-clinical position. The work focuses on reviewing and organizing medical records and clinical documentation. You will use your understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation standards. There is no patient contact or treatment involved.

**Qualifications**

- Healthcare education or professional background preferred: (e.g. Medical Doctor (MD), Registered Nurse (RN), Pharmacist (PharmD or equivalent), etc.)
- Other healthcare-related degrees considered
- Strong medical terminology knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in an administrative, computer-based role
- No patient interaction required
