**Role Description**

We are seeking a full-time Mobile App Developer (Ionic, ReactNative) to join our on-site team in Struga. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications using modern frameworks like Ionic and ReactNative. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize app functionality, address bugs, and integrate third-party systems or APIs to optimize performance. Continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team to refine best practices and improve workflows is an essential part of the position.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using
**Ionic**
and/or
**React Native**
- Strong proficiency in
**JavaScript / TypeScript**
and modern front-end development practices
- Solid understanding of
**mobile UI/UX principles**
, including responsive layouts and platform-specific design guidelines
- Experience integrating
**RESTful APIs**
and handling authentication, data synchronization, and offline storage
- Familiarity with
**mobile app architecture patterns**
(MVC, MVVM, component-based design)
- Experience with
**state management libraries**
(Redux, Context API, MobX, or similar)
- Knowledge of
**native mobile features**
such as camera, GPS, push notifications, and biometric authentication
- Experience deploying apps to the
**Apple App Store**
and
**Google Play Store**
- Understanding of
**CI/CD pipelines**
for mobile builds and releases
- Ability to debug, optimize performance, and ensure high app stability across devices
- Familiarity with
**backend communication**
(Node.js, Laravel, Firebase, or similar)
- Experience working with
**Git**
and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a product and design team
