.NET Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our team and contribute to the planning, development, and maintenance of backend services and APIs for an enterprise healthcare platform.

Requirements

- 7+ years of professional experience in software development primarily using the .NET Framework
- Excellent knowledge of C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Strong understanding of secure authentication and authorization practices
- Familiarity with MVC architecture and Domain Driven Design concepts
- Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Experience with Docker and container based development and deployment workflows
- Proficient with Git or other version control systems

Nice to Have

- Understanding of microservice architecture and its trade-offs
- Experience with containerizing a legacy .NET application is a major plus
- Experience with unit testing and test-driven development
- Experience with TypeScript and React is considered a major plus
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Responsibilities

- Participate in designing and discussing high-level software architecture
- Collaborate with team members as part of an Agile/Scrum development process
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable .NET applications and services
- Review and maintain code quality through code reviews and unit tests
- Work with other teams to develop and implement new project features in line with functional requirements
