Role Overview

Neon is seeking a highly driven
**Product Owner / Product Manager**
to join our Albania team and lead execution across multiple product lines. This role sits at the intersection of business, design, and engineering — responsible for turning product strategy into shipped features.

You will own product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, work directly with engineering, QA, and design, and ensure Neon’s products deliver measurable value to customers.

This is a

, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and is comfortable managing complex, multi-product platforms.

Product Ownership & Execution

- Own product backlogs across Neon’s core and emerging products
- Translate business needs and customer feedback into
**clear, actionable product requirements**
- Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Maintain and prioritize sprint backlogs in collaboration with engineering leads
- Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and usability

Roadmap & Strategy

- Collaborate with leadership to define product roadmaps aligned with Neon's growth goals
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform scalability
- Identify product opportunities through market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
- Proactively propose new features and improvements based on usage data and client needs

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Serve as the main bridge between engineering, design, QA, sales, and customer success
- Work closely with Sales & CS teams to incorporate client and partner requirements
- Partner with UX/UI designers to validate user flows and interface decisions
- Support go-to-market efforts with product documentation, demos, and release notes

Data & Performance

- Define success metrics for features and releases
- Monitor product performance post-launch and drive iteration
- Use analytics, logs, and user behavior data to guide decisions

Required Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a SaaS or B2B software company
- Strong experience working with
**engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments**
- Proven ability to write detailed, structured product requirements and user stories
- Strong understanding of web and mobile applications, APIs, and integrations
- Experience managing complex platforms with multiple product modules
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment
