Recruiter

We Are Fiber is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding and attracting top talent to support our diverse and multilingual operations. You will play a critical role in driving recruitment strategies and enhancing the candidate experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to on boarding.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to refine hiring strategies and improve processes.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Promote We Are Fiber’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a seamless on boarding experience for new hires.

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and hiring regulations.

**Preferred Skills**

- Experience in recruiting for multilingual or international organizations.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools.
- Fluency in English.
