**As we expand in Albania, we are building a local sales team in Tirana to bring Neon’s Digital Signage and Wi-Fi solutions to businesses across the region.**
Role Overview
The
**Sales Account Manager**
is responsible for acquiring new customers in Tirana specifically and Albania generally, by selling Neon’s in-store digital signage and guest Wi-Fi solutions. This is a
**new business hunter role**
, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
You will work directly with business owners and operators to replace static signage and outdated Wi-Fi with modern, revenue-driving, cloud-managed solutions.
Responsibilities
**New Customer Acquisition**
- Identify and prospect businesses across Tirana, including restaurants, cafés, retail stores, gyms, clinics, and hotels
- Conduct outbound sales via in-person visits, calls, email, and social outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in Neon's CRM
- Qualify prospects and uncover how Digital Signage and Wi-Fi can improve their operations and customer experience
- Close new business and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
**Sales Execution**
- Deliver product demonstrations focused on Digital Signage and Guest Wi-Fi
- Present proposals, pricing, and commercial terms aligned with Neon's policies
- Negotiate and finalize agreements
- Coordinate handoff to Operations and Customer Success for onboarding
**Market Development**
- Develop a strong understanding of Tirana’s local business ecosystem
- Build relationships with business owners, franchisees, and decision-makers
- Represent Neon at local events, networking meetups, and industry gatherings
- Provide feedback on the competitive landscape and customer needs
**Required Qualifications**
- 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, telecom, or hospitality solutions
- Proven track record of closing new business
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment
- Fluent in Albanian and English
- Experience selling to restaurants, retail, or hospitality businesses
