**Role Overview**

Your primary focus will be
**lead generation through outbound cold calls and first-contact outreach**
. You will become the first voice of Aeximius for many potential clients and learn how to open high-quality business conversations, handle objections confidently, and build professional credibility on the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients.
- Learn and apply professional sales scripts, frameworks, and objection handling techniques.
- Clearly and confidently introduce Aeximius and its value proposition.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (decision maker, need, timing, budget).
- Book qualified discovery meetings for senior sales and leadership teams.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and CRM updates.
- Follow up via phone, email, and LinkedIn where appropriate.
- Participate in structured training sessions, call reviews, and coaching feedback.
- Continuously improve communication, persuasion, and closing fundamentals.
- Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and integrity.

· Strong communication skills and positive energy on the phone.
