**The Role**
We're looking for a hungry SDR to generate qualified meetings with IT leaders, CISOs, and executives across Europe.
You'll research target companies, run multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn), and book discovery calls for our Leadership. This is outbound sales. You'll hear "no" a lot. If that bothers you, this isn't the role. If you see it as part of the game, keep reading.
**What You'll Do**
- Research and identify target companies
- Build prospect lists and verify contact information
- Execute 50+ daily touches across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and book meetings
- Maintain CRM data and provide detailed meeting briefs
- Hit monthly targets
**What You Need**
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (not inbound, not retail)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Daily discipline — you don't need someone watching you to do the work
- Resilience — rejection doesn't break you, it fuels you
- Ability to learn quickly (cybersecurity knowledge is a plus, not required)
**Compensation**
- Base Salary + Commission
