**Role Description**
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the sales team to achieve targets. The role also involves implementing sales processes, overseeing market analysis, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
**Qualifications**
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in customer relationship management and strategic account management.
- Proficiency in market analysis and business development strategies.
- Leadership and team management experience with the ability to inspire and guide team members towards goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Prior experience in a B2B sales environment; knowledge of international markets is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
