We are seeking an experienced
**Salesforce Apex Developer**
with 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with administrators and integration partners to deliver high-quality, maintainable Salesforce functionality that supports core business processes.


**This position is fully remote; however, you will be required to work the hours 3:00 pm -11:00 pm Monday through Friday**
**Job Duties And Responsibilities**

- Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Build and optimize triggers, classes, batch jobs, schedulable classes, and asynchronous processes
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware tools
- Write unit tests and ensure code coverage meets Salesforce deployment standards
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices for performance, security, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including data integrity and performance concerns
- Support deployments using change sets, DevOps tools, or CI/CD pipelines
- Assist with refactoring legacy code and migrating Process Builders / Workflow Rules to Flows
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to solution design discussions
- May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities and experience level.

**Experience / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- C1 English level proficiency and fluency.
- 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers and asynchronous processing
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, security framework (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules), and governor limits
- Experience building and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura components
- Hands-on experience with SOQL/SOSL and data optimization techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and other declarative automation tools
- Experience working in sandbox environments and supporting deployments across environments
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**Additional Experience a Plus**

- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I or II preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and development tools (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Workbench, Gearset, Copado, Git-based workflows)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
- Exposure to Salesforce CPQ or custom managed packages
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Experience working in high-volume or regulated Salesforce environments
