Starting salary: 1300 EUR (paid personal tax) + bonus compensation per meeting booked
**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR). The SDR will focus on lead generation, prospecting, and scheduling meetings through proactive multichannel outreach, including email and LinkedIn. The role involves conducting market research, managing sales tools, understanding client pain points, and creating personalized approaches for prospects. Daily activities may include establishing initial communications with potential clients, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless hand-off of valuable opportunities for closing.
**Qualifications**
- Proven skills and experience in Inside Sales, Sales, and Business Development
- Strong expertise in Lead Generation and identifying qualified sales opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency in both German and English
- Proactive and organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and priorities
- Experience with sales tools and CRM platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar
- Experience with AI Sales tools
- Passion for innovation in sales processes and a results-driven mindset
- Background in SaaS or the B2B tech industry is a plus
