Senior Architect

We are currently looking for a
**Senior Architect**
to join our team.

**Responsibilities:**

- Designs structures, drawings, and technical plans in accordance with investor requirements and project objectives.
- Develops urban master plans, taking into account territorial context and long-term development.
- Applies technical and legal knowledge and strictly follows procedures for the preparation and submission of technical documentation.
- Designs and plans architectural project delivery timelines and closely monitors the construction implementation phase.
- Prepares preliminary sketches using specialized design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.), creating images, renderings, and photomontages of the building.
- Prepares and finalizes the executive project with all technical and graphic components.
- Presents projects to investors, clients, or relevant institutions, clearly conveying the vision and functionality of the architectural solution.
- Revises and adapts the approved project according to new requests or additional conditions that may arise during the process.
- Prepares sales albums including technical data and visual materials for each individual unit, intended for use in marketing and sales campaigns.

**Qualifications:**

- Degree in Architecture or related specializations.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
- Proven experience in designing and developing multi-story buildings.
- Excellent knowledge of the following software: AutoCAD Architecture, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in the English language.
