Senior Finance Manager

 a global manufacturer of Sport & Outdoor apparel and Sustainable Fashion & Lifestyle with innovation centres in Europe & Asia(now also in Tirana ), we are seeking for: 
**Senior Finance Manager .**

**Reporting to:**
 General Director

The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading the financial management, planning, analysis, and control of the company to ensure sustainable profitability, healthy cash flow, and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements. This role provides financial insights to support strategic business decisions, safeguards company assets, and builds an effective finance team capable of supporting growth and operational excellence across the organization.

**Principle Accountabilities**

**Leadership and Management:**

- Member of the senior management team, responsible for Finance strategic direction.
- Act as a business partner to function by providing financial data and practical advice on all financial topics.
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Be a leader in the business, advocating, promoting and participating in improving team culture and morale.

**P& L Management:**

- Prepare and analyse financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and maintain financial health, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.

**Compliance:**

- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations, including tax planning, reporting, and filing.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risk.

**Budget and forecasting**

- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

**Cost Management:**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency.
- Analysis and Optimize our BOM for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to business decision making by developing ad-hoc financial analysis or financial simulation to support the business partner.
- Logistics and Distribution: Manage the logistics and distribution network to ensure timely delivery of products to customers. This includes overseeing transportation, warehousing, and inventory management

**Qualifications and Skills**

- The candidate must possess a high ethical standard in compliance, be well organized, and have strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to clearly communicate findings and conclusions.
- A solid understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles of IAS.
- Strong knowledge of local tax, VAT regulations and export procedures.
- General knowledge of other legal requirements/ issues related to the company activities such as customs, Labor laws, job safety, insurance, etc.
- Experience in using ERP is a strong advantage.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market pattern.
- Your personality is characterized by being proactive, structured, determined, responsible and honest.

- Ability to work independently, under high pressure in work and order completion time.
- Ability to work in a team, responsible for processing results including quality and order progress.
