**Senior MERN Full Stack Engineer**

We’re looking for a Senior Full stack Engineer with deep expertise in React and Next.js, and solid hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS in production environments.

You will operate as a senior technical reference across the stack, combining strong frontend craftsmanship with the ability to design and implement backend-for-frontend and API layers that support rich, high-quality digital experiences.

You will lead and mentor a cross-disciplinary team, shaping digital products where engineering quality, system design, and user experience are tightly integrated.

**Key Responsibilities**

Design and implement full-stack solutions, including backend-for-frontend layers, API integrations, and server-side logic aligned with frontend needs.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, creatives, backend engineers, and strategists to translate ideas into cohesive, end-to-end user experiences.

Define and maintain technical standards, design systems, and shared component architectures, ensuring consistency across frontend and server-rendered layers.

Act as a technical and experiential reference point, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Engage directly with clients during discovery, co-design, and technical alignment phases, clearly articulating architectural and implementation choices.

Ensure best practices for performance, accessibility, security, and code quality across both frontend and Node.js services.

Drive experimentation with new tools, frameworks, and architectures (e.g. edge rendering, server actions, API optimization) to push experience and performance forward.

**Requirements:**

**5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js in production environments.**

Proven experience with Node.js and NestJS, including building APIs, backend-for-frontend layers, or server-side logic (REST, GraphQL, or similar).

Strong proficiency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend contexts.

Solid understanding of server-side rendering, data fetching strategies, authentication flows, and API integration patterns.

Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.

Proven experience building and maintaining scalable design systems and component-based architectures.

Strong visual and interaction design sensibility attention to detail, usability, and performance.

Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Jira, Figma, Bitbucket, etc.).
