Job description:
We are seeking a
**Senior Sales Specialist**
to join the company, a leading provider of facility services. In this role, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle—from identifying opportunities and generating leads to presenting tailored facility services solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals. You’ll also play a key role in developing sales processes, pricing strategies, and contributing to the eventual growth of the sales team.
You will collaborate closely with the Business Development team to follow up on leads, meet with clients, and conduct presentations specifically focused on our facility services offerings. Site visits, tender preparation, cost estimation, and proposal coordination will be a regular part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining accurate client records and monitoring the market for new opportunities and competitive activity.
**Responsibilities:**
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue sales leads
• Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients
• Visit prospective and existing customers to understand needs and propose solutions
• Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Negotiate terms and pricing in alignment with business goals
• Optimize and document sales processes to support long-term growth
• Maintain detailed client records and CRM entries
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
• Support cost estimation and pricing matrix development
• Coordinate proposal deadlines and submission logistics
• Conduct site inspections in line with sales and project standards
• Gather market intelligence and analyze industry trends
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in service-related industries
• Background in Facility Management is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to maintain and build client relationships
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and building a team from the ground up
• Experience with tenders, complex proposals, and client-facing strategy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and active driver.
• Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
