We are a small but fast growing boutique agency specializing in the Medical & Health sector. We manage a tight portfolio of 7 high-value clients with 2-3 internal projects and are intending to scale to 15+ clients over the next 3-6 months.

We are not a "churn and burn" agency. We are a lean team with just the founder, a content writer and a link builder. We're looking for our Integrator to take full ownership of fulfillment and delivery. This will free me up to focus exclusively on client acquisition and growth.

**This role is for you if:**

- You are currently a Senior Account Manager or SEO Lead at a large agency.
- You want to take full ownership of a smaller portfolio where your work actually moves the needle.
- You want to build the "Machine", the systems, the workflows, and the strategy, without the me needing to look over your shoulder.

The Role: "Player-Coach", you will report directly to the me. Your job is to take the strategy sold to the client and ensure it gets executed perfectly. You will manage the Content Writer and Link Builder, while personally handling the high-level technical SEO and strategy.

**What You Will Own**

**Operations & Project Management**

- The System: Build and own our project management setup (ClickUp/Trello or your preferred tool). Transform our current workflow into a repeatable machine.
- The Team: You manage the Content Writer and Link Builder. You review their work. If the content isn't good enough, you send it back. You are the Quality Gatekeeper.
- The Schedule: You ensure every deliverable (blogs, links, audits) hits the deadline without the Founder chasing you.
- Client Reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients via Slack, highlighting key metrics and progress.
- Growth Support: Assist in drafting proposals and developing SEO strategies for new clients to support agency expansion.

**Technical & On-Page Strategy**

- Technical Audits: Run monthly deep-dives using Screaming Frog and Ahrefs. You don't just report errors; you fix them (Canonicals, 404s, Schema, Indexing bloat).
- Site Rebuilds: We occasionally rebuild or migrate sites (WordPress/Elementor), including building new sites from scratch in WordPress/Elementor. You will map redirects, clean metadata, and oversee content migration. Please note this often just involves duplicating existing sites and restructuring. We're not expecting you to be a full-stack dev, just confident with Wordpress / Elementor.
- On-Page Optimization: Personally implement high-level optimizations (Title Tags, internal linking structures, and collection page optimization).

**Content & CMS Execution**

- Gatekeeping: Upload, format, and publish content to WordPress and Shopify. You ensure the H-tags are perfect, the images are optimized, and the internal links are live before hitting "Publish."
- Keyword Strategy: Map keywords to pages to avoid cannibalization and ensure we are targeting high-intent commercial terms.

**Who You Are (Requirements)**

- The "Machine" Mindset: You are organized, thick-skinned, and direct. You identify problems and fix them before the Founder notices.
- Proven Seniority: 4+ Years Agency Experience managing 10+ concurrent accounts. You know how to prioritize revenue-generating tasks over busy work.
- Technical Mastery: You are an expert in Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, and GSC. You can diagnose a traffic drop or a crawling issue in minutes.
- CMS Native: Deep familiarity with Shopify and WordPress, including confidence in building new sites from scratch in WordPress without breaking functionality. You can edit a theme file or install a plugin without issues.
- Perfect English: Near-native written and spoken English (C1/C2). You will be the final editor for our content.
