**Job Purpose:**

We are looking for a creative and results-driven
**Social Media Manager**

to manage and grow our brands’ presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, to cultivate an enthusiastic digital community, and support marketing goals. 

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Establish digital presences for high-growth start ups by producing high quality video and photo content on major social media platforms (ex. TikTok, Linkedin, Meta Platforms, etc.).
- Utilise brand guidelines to ensure and support a consistent brand identity across all mediums.
- Plan and execute social media strategies  aligned with brand and marketing goals.
- Produce content creation roadmaps including briefs, schedules, budgets, digital formats, KPIs, collaborators and other documents that outline the production process.
- Stay informed on all relevant trends, influencers, and cultural moments.
- Act as a key voice representing the digital landscape in inter-departmental meetings.
- Monitor brand reputation,  and handle feedback professionally.
- Build and maintain a loyal online community with high-rates of engagement.
- Write engaging captions and calls-to-action.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creative teams.
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Encourage user-engagement and connection.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to optimize growth strategies, as well as to set and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with in-house analysts to stay up to date on engagement trends, and key data points.
- Assist with paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or Digital Media;
- 2 -5 years experience managing business accounts;
- 3+ years of experience with hands-on vertical content creation (video and photography);
- 3+ years of experience in social media copywriting;
- Professional understanding of major platforms and their algorithms (ie. Meta, Tik Tok, and Linkedin);
- Proven ability to increase followers, and engagement;
- A strong portfolio of relevant work;
- Excellent time management and organization skills;
- Understanding of brand aesthetics and best practices;
- Ability to coordinate projects simultaneously and meet deadline;
- Fluent in English (C1/C2);
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills;
- Excellent digital literacy.
