**About the Role:**

We are looking for a Video Editor to join our creative team and work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning culture, business, exhibitions, and international events.

Our work covers multiple industries and platforms. This is not a single-brand role. You will contribute to:

• Muse-X – a multidisciplinary music & arts expo-festival

• Tirana International Fair (TIF) – Albania’s flagship international exhibition and conference platform

• Dritëro Agolli Cultural Foundation – cultural, literary, and heritage-focused projects

Each project has its own identity, audience, and communication style. The ability to adapt is essential.

**Role Overview**

Your core responsibility is video editing, with graphic design skills highly preferred.

You will create video content for promotional campaigns, social media, websites, and on-site event screens, while also supporting campaigns with visual and graphic materials when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

Video Editing (Primary Focus)

• Edit promotional videos, teasers, aftermovies, reels, and digital content

• Produce platform-specific edits for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and event screens

• Work with existing footage and support creative direction for new productions

• Adapt tone and style depending on the project (cultural, institutional, promotional)

• Deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines

**Graphic Design (Highly Preferred)**

• Design digital visuals for social media, campaigns, and presentations

• Apply and adapt brand identities and templates

• Prepare visuals for LED screens, banners, and print materials

**Required Skills & Experience**

• Proven experience as a video editor

• Strong command of video editing software:

o Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve

• Solid sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual structure

• Experience creating content for social media platforms

• Ability to manage multiple projects across different industries

• Albanian and fluent English

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

**Highly Preferred / Bonus Skills**

• Graphic design skills:

o Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)

• Experience with events, festivals, exhibitions, or cultural projects

• Photography or videography experience

**Compensation & Benefits**

• Starting salary: €850 per month

• Performance-based bonuses paid 2–3 times per year
