We’re looking for a creative and highly organized
**Video Editor**
to join our team and help us produce
**scroll-stopping short-form content**
and
**high-performing ad creatives**
for brands.

This is a
**full-time remote role**
where deadlines, communication, and a clean workflow are essential. You’ll work alongside experienced video editors, learn fast, collaborate daily, and contribute to a high-output creative system built for performance and consistency.

**What you will be editing**

You’ll be working on a variety of content formats including:

- Instagram Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Branded short-form content
- Explainers & product videos
- Event recaps
- Case studies + social cuts
- Multi-format exports (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9)

**What you will be do**

- Review and select the best parts from raw footage
- Turn raw videos into
**engaging, fast-paced, scroll-stopping edits**
- Create
**ad videos that sell**
(Meta Ads focused)
**MOST IMPORTANT ONE**
- Strong pacing, storytelling, and attention retention
- Add dynamic captions, SFX, and motion elements
- Basic color grading + clean audio polish
- Export-ready deliverables for multiple platforms
- Collaborate and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Stay
**fully up-to-date with the latest trends**
, editing styles, hooks, pacing patterns, and viral formats
**(this is a must)**

**Must have skill**

- Advanced English (written + spoken)
- Strong editing skills in
**Adobe Premiere Pro**
- Basic color grading knowledge
- Basic audio cleanup and leveling
- Knowledge of content formats (vertical + horizontal)
- Proper export settings for social platforms Strong file organization & workflow (“file hygiene”)
- Ability to work fast and hit deadlines consistently
- Strong storytelling sense

**Nice to have**

- Cinematography / filming experience
- Video production experience
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
