**Role Overview**
We are looking for a high-energy, committed
**Accounts Manager**
to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company for our business partners. Your primary mission will be to guide new partners through the onboarding process, help them seamlessly set up their accounts using our applications, and ensure they are positioned for long-term success.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Partner Onboarding & Setup:**
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new business partners, guiding them through application, CRM integration, and account configuration.
**Relationship Management:**
Act as the primary point of contact for partners. Build deep, trust-based, long-term relationships, handle difficult conversations professionally, and approach every interaction with empathy and a customer-focused mindset.
**Commercial Growth:**
Deeply understand partner goals and business needs. Maintain a results-oriented mindset to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and mutual value creation through strong negotiation skills.
**Problem-Solving & Support:**
Proactively identify technical or operational roadblocks during setup. Calmly, quickly, and strategically troubleshoot issues, thinking critically to find solutions before they become pain points.
**Training & Enablement:**
Educate partners on how to maximize the value of our application, delivering high-impact presentation and training sessions.
**Process Improvement & Administration:**
Continuously refine the onboarding playbook to make the partner setup experience smoother. Maintain accurate, meticulous records and ensure consistent follow-ups.
**What We’re Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Partner Success, Client Onboarding, or a similar relationship-management role.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong data analysis, reporting, and project management skills to track and measure partner success metrics.
- **Native, bilingual, or near-native command of English (C2 level preferred), with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.**
